Tilt-Table Test for Syncope

The Tilt-Table Test is a test carried out on a swinging table used to evaluate the causes of syncope, upon medical recommendation, when the patient has had repeated episodes of fainting (syncopes)

  • Continuous monitoring (E.C.G. and blood pressure)

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation / Maneuvers
  • Exploration of neurologically mediated responses (vagal and sympathetic afferent and efferent reflex arc)
  • CARDIOINHIBITORS / VASODEPRESSORS
